Though I'm a little embarrassed to admit it, throughout the winter, we often resort to the not-so-lovely Wee Wee Pad for Peanut's business. Our rule is if its below freezing, or raining heavily, Peanut gets to go indoors.
And as indicated above, sometimes other types of "accidents" happen in the process.
